Manufacturers One Years Parts and Labour Warranty The Excalibur 10 tray dehydrator has a stainless steel interior & exterior, with 10 trays 380x380mm it allows you to dehydrate large quantities of food. With 380mm stainless steel trays it allows for quick easy cleaning and comes with a removable drip tray for crumbs and any spills. Fitted with 99hr timer, 2 time, 2 temperature settings, use the first to start dehydration process at a higher temperature for a specified time, and use second setting to finish dehydration process at a lower temperature for a period of time. Adjustable thermostat with range 40 to 74C, temperature range is low enough to preserve active enzymes in fruit & vegetables and high enough to meet safety standards for dehydrating meat for jerky.
