The Winterhalter EnergyPlus series are one of the most energy efficient pass-through dishwashers on the market. Featuring Winterhalter’s EnergyPlus exhaust air heat recovery system, it captures wasted heat from the chamber and uses it to preheat the cold-water inlet, reducing energy consumption by up to 15%. This, in addition to the EnergyLight heat exchanger system which captures heat from the waste outlet, combines to gives a massive reduction in operating costs. German engineered with technology at its heart, the software of Winterhalter Passthrough dishwashers can be fully customised to suit your needs: pre-configured out of the box to operate as a commercial dishwasher, glasswasher or a bistro washer for mixed loads.
